A brilliant PA opportunity has arisen within our client, a reputable, prestigious recruitment company based in the Bromley area. Supporting the MD of a specific division, your main day to day activities will include: -Diary management, meetings and travel -Screening calls and correspondence, handling queries -Producing letters, emails and faxes -Monitoring the performance of the administrative team -Assisting the PA to the Finance & Chief Executive as and when required We are looking for a minimum of 3 years pa*secretarial experience, excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. A typing speed of 65wpm+ and good knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint are essential, speedwriting or shorthand would be a bonus. This is a great chance to work in a busy and rewarding role for a well known, expanding company.
